In A Nutshell: This is the true story of Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne), a journalist whose first job was as third assistant director on a film starring Laurence Olivier (Kenneth Branagh) and Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams).
Good Points: It’s true, interesting, funny and sweet in equal measure. Plus, Williams and Branagh both rock as the movie legends, and there’s added Judi Dench.
Bad Points: Maybe a little slow to start?
Good For: An interesting insight into one of the most admired and enigmatic film stars of the 20th century. And it’s also rather lovely.
