In A Nutshell: Jenny (Carey Mulligan) is a clever girl destined for Oxford but who has her head turned to the glitzy London life lived by older man, David (Peter Sarsgaard).
Good Points: Carey Mulligan is fab actress and it is a sweet, coming of age film that would appeal to a wide audience. Plus, ditzy Helen (Rosamund Pike) is a joy to behold.
Bad Points: The character of Jenny is a bit of a pretentious brat.
Good For: Anyone who went to school in the 60s (I would imagine) and brainy people with high expectations.
