Brief Synopsis: Oliver Tate is an oddball growing up in 1980s(?) Wales. This film tracks his first girlfriend, his worries over his parents marriage and his other strange traits.
Good Points: The actors are superb, the story is excellent, the soundtrack (by Alex Turner) is awesome and I bet you’ll want to take young Oliver Tate home with you when you’ve seen it.
Bad Points: There aren’t any.
Good For: A feel-good movie without the cheese.
